Classroom Support

Faculty Renewal and Due Dates

  • Books are due October 1st of each year, unless recalled.
    • Courtesy letters are sent one month prior to the due date.
    • Overdue reminders will be sent if books are not returned or renewed.
    • Billing letters will be sent if necessary and library privileges may be suspended.
  • Journals are due in 2 days.
  • Recalled items must be returned by the date on the notice.
    • Recalled items may not be renewed.
